VISION

To be one of the most effective and united Sangguniang Bayan that is dedicated to public service, responsible, productive and transparent in legislating measures to enhance the quality of life of the Ginatilanons.

MISSION

The Sangguniang Bayan of Ginatilan shall perform its duties and functions in accordance with the Local Government Code, to legislative measures to deliver exemplary municipal service and promote transparency, integrity and accountability to the people.

MANDATE:

1. Enactment of Ordinances and Passage of Resolutions to ensure effective delivery of Basic Services and facilities.

2. Review of ordinances enacted by the Sangguniang Barangays and Executive orders issued by the Punong Barangays.

3. Enactment of measures to maintain Peace and Order, Environmental Protections and Harmful effects of Natural or Man-made Disasters and other Social Economic Legislations.

ORGANIZATIONAL OUTCOME

1. To enact ordinances and laws to generate resources and revenues, uplift the welfare of the people, provide for the system of solid waste and garbage collection and maintenance of all economic enterprise.

2. To approve annual and supplemental budgets for specific programs, projects and services; review ordinances of barangays including their annual and supplemental budgets.

3. To prescibe reasonable limits and restraints in the use of properties within the jurisdiction of the Municipality.
